★ Post-reservation Process ★
1. Once your product is complete, we will send you an email notification regarding its completion and payment details. Please look forward to its completion.
* Please check each product page for information on delivery times.
* As these are made-to-order products, cancellations and size exchanges are not accepted.
2. Payment is due after the product is completed.
Payment methods accepted are bank transfer or credit card payment.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please reply to the product completion notification stating your preference for bank transfer.
3. Products will be shipped after payment confirmation.
We will do our best to accommodate your requested delivery date and time.
If there are any changes to your shipping address or if you have specific delivery date and time requests, please notify us when you receive the product completion notification.
◇ We have seen an increase in customers who cannot be reached when we send out notifications for reserved product completion. We temporarily hold reserved items, but if we cannot contact you for a certain period, your reservation will be canceled.

◇ There may be differences between the product and the image displayed on the monitor. Colors may be rendered differently due to the characteristics and settings of computer monitors or mobile phone models, fine details may be unclear, and there may be differences in material texture.
◇ Images of the product alone (flat lay) are taken and color-corrected to be as close as possible to the actual product for sale. Model-wearing shots are primarily included to show coordination, length, and how the item looks when worn.
◇ Returns, exchanges, and repairs of products purchased at The GROOVIN HIGH & Old Devil Moon ONLINE STORE cannot be processed at physical stores. We appreciate your understanding.
