1. Once your item is complete, we will notify you by email with an announcement of its completion and payment details. Please look forward to receiving your item.
* Please check each product page for information on when your item will be delivered.
* Since these are made-to-order items, cancellations and size exchanges are not accepted.
2. Payment is due after the item is completed.
Payment is accepted by credit card only.
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us using the inquiry form.
3. Items will be shipped after payment confirmation.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time.
If there are any changes to your shipping address or if you have specific delivery date and time requests, please notify us when you receive the item completion announcement.
◇ We have an increasing number of customers who cannot be reached when their reserved item is completed. Reserved items are temporarily held, but if we cannot contact you for a certain period, your reservation will be canceled.
