★ What Happens After You Place Your Pre-Order ★
1. We will contact you when your order is ready.
Once your item(s) are completed, we will send you an email to let you know that your order is ready and provide payment instructions. We hope you’ll look forward to receiving your order!

Please note that all pre-order items are made to order. Therefore, cancellations and size exchanges cannot be accepted after your order has been placed.
2. Payment is required after your item(s) are completed.
Payment can be made by credit card only.
Due to the system settings, a payment due date may appear when you place your pre-order. However, you do not need to make payment at the time of ordering.
We will email you once your item(s) are completed. After receiving the email, please complete your payment within 7 days.

3. Your order will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.
We will do our best to accommodate requests for a preferred delivery date and time.
If your shipping address has changed, or if you have a preferred delivery date or time, please let us know when you receive our email notifying you that your order is ready.

Recently, we have had an increasing number of cases where we are unable to reach customers when their pre-order items are completed. We will hold completed pre-order items for a certain period of time; however, if we are unable to contact you for an extended period, your order may be canceled.

We photograph and color-correct our product images to represent the actual products as accurately as possible. Photos featuring models are primarily intended to show styling, garment length, fit, and the overall look when worn.
